Olivia Pulse is a modern property offering fully furnished serviced apartments with hotel-style amenities. Guests can enjoy the comfort and privacy of a fully equipped apartment combined with the convenience of hotel services, including breakfast and a 24/7 reception. Olivia Pulse welcomes both short-term and long-term stays.
Olivia Pulse is located at 474 Grunwaldzka Avenue in Gdańsk, right next to Olivia Centre – the largest business centre in northern Poland. The property is within walking distance of the SKM urban railway station, the University of Gdańsk, restaurants, cafés and a wide range of services. Its convenient location also provides quick access to Sopot, Gdańsk city centre, the beach and Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport.
Olivia Pulse offers modern studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and view apartments with balconies overlooking the Bay of Gdańsk or the Tricity Landscape Park. All apartments are fully furnished and designed for both short and extended stays.
Yes. Olivia Pulse offers Long Stay accommodation for guests relocating to the Tricity area, project-based employees, freelancers and anyone planning to stay for a month or longer. Each apartment provides a comfortable environment for both living and working.

Yes. Every apartment at Olivia Pulse features a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, induction hob, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, as well as a full set of cookware, tableware and kitchen accessories for up to six people, allowing guests to prepare meals comfortably throughout their stay.
Yes. Every apartment at Olivia Pulse is equipped with a washing machine, providing added convenience for both short and long-term stays.
Yes. All apartments offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, making it easy to work remotely or stay connected throughout your stay.
Yes. Every apartment at Olivia Pulse is equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable indoor temperature all year round.
Selected apartments feature a private balcony, while some also offer panoramic views of the Bay of Gdańsk or the Tricity Landscape Park.
Yes. Olivia Pulse offers selected ground-floor apartments with a private garden.
No. Twin beds (two separate single beds) are not available at Olivia Pulse. All apartments are furnished with comfortable double beds. A sofa bed is also available, providing additional sleeping space.
Yes. Our two-bedroom apartments can accommodate up to six guests, making them an excellent choice for families and groups travelling together.
Yes. High chairs for children are available upon request. Simply contact our reception team, and we will prepare one for your stay.
Yes. Travel cots for children are available upon request. If you would like to use one during your stay, please contact our reception before your arrival or at any time during your stay.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Yes. Our reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring assistance is always available whenever you need it.
Yes. Breakfast is served on the ground floor of the building and prepared by the restaurateurs of Olivia Star Top. Guests can enjoy fresh and varied breakfast options without leaving the property.

Yes. Olivia Pulse is a pet-friendly property.
Guests are welcome to stay with their pets for an additional fee. Please inform our reception in advance if you plan to arrive with your pet.
Yes. Guests staying for an extended period can request additional apartment cleaning for an extra charge. To arrange this service, please contact our reception. The current price list is available at the reception desk.

The SKM urban railway station is approximately a 10-minute walk from Olivia Pulse. The SKM provides fast and convenient connections to Gdańsk city centre, Sopot and Gdynia.
Yes. Olivia Pulse is located approximately a 12-minute walk from the University of Gdańsk, making it an excellent choice for academic staff, students, conference participants and visitors to the university. The nearby SKM station also offers convenient connections throughout the Tricity area.
Sopot city centre can be reached in approximately 10 minutes by car from Olivia Pulse. Thanks to the nearby SKM station, guests can also travel conveniently by urban railway. The location allows you to enjoy everything Sopot has to offer while staying in the peaceful surroundings of Gdańsk Oliwa.
Yes. Olivia Pulse is located approximately a 7-minute drive from Jelitkowo Beach. The nearby seaside and recreational areas make it easy to combine a business trip or an extended stay with relaxing time by the Baltic Sea. The beach is also easily accessible by public transport.
Olivia Pulse is approximately 20 minutes by car from Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport. Guests can also reach the property by taxi or public transport. Thanks to its convenient location on Grunwaldzka Avenue and close to the SKM station, Olivia Pulse is easily accessible from the airport and all parts of the Tricity area.
Yes. Olivia Pulse guests can use the underground parking located directly beneath the Olivia Pulse building. Parking E at Olivia Centre is also available. Parking spaces are subject to an additional charge, available subject to availability, and cannot be reserved.
